These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 466bd ("Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the 466bd website, games, sports betting services, promotional offers and all associated features accessible at 466bd.club. By accessing, browsing, registering or using any feature of 466bd, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

466bd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page and supersedes all prior versions.

1. Eligibility

To register and use 466bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 466bd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned, minus any winnings derived from participation.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name. Registration on behalf of another person or any legal entity is not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 466bd is lawful in your location. 466bd does not provide legal advice in this regard.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under guardianship, persons who are subject to a bankruptcy order, or persons otherwise legally incapacitated may not register or use 466bd.

466bd may conduct identity and age verification checks at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification. 466bd takes no responsibility for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account with 466bd. Duplicate accounts — meaning more than one account registered by or for the same person — are strictly prohibited. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and truthful. The following obligations apply to all registered players:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances, including family members.
• All activity conducted through your 466bd account is deemed to be your own activity, regardless of whether you authorised it or were aware of it. You accept full responsibility for all bets placed, all deposits made and all withdrawals requested from your account.
• You must notify 466bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
• Account names, email addresses and mobile numbers cannot be transferred between individuals. Your account is personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring or assigning an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• 466bd reserves the right to close any account that it reasonably suspects to have been registered with false or incomplete information, or where the account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 1 of these Terms.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 466bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through supported mobile financial services. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet account registered in your own name. 466bd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts not registered in the player's name may be reversed and the corresponding account suspended pending investigation.
• The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. 466bd reserves the right to update minimum and maximum transaction limits and will notify players of material changes via the platform.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same mobile wallet account used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. Processing times are typically 5 to 15 minutes but may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• 466bd does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by the mobile wallet provider are outside 466bd's control and are the player's responsibility.
• 466bd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership and source of funds documentation. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of due diligence.

Funds held in a player's 466bd wallet are not interest-bearing. 466bd is not a licensed financial institution and does not hold player funds as a deposit in the regulatory sense. Player wallet balances exist solely to facilitate gaming and betting activity on the platform.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

466bd offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms for each offer.
• 466bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the applicable wagering and expiry conditions continue to apply until the bonus has either been met or has expired.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another player or used in conjunction with another player's account. Any attempt to transfer, sell or otherwise exploit bonus funds in conjunction with another person will result in immediate account suspension.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated software to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended. 466bd's determination in such matters is final.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players only and apply to the first qualifying deposit. A player who has previously closed and re-registered an account is not eligible for a welcome bonus on re-registration.

5. Gameplay and Fair Play

466bd is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following conditions govern all game and betting activity on the platform:

• All casino games on 466bd use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined independently of any prior outcome, player history or account status. RTP rates are provided by the game developer and are independently verified.
• All sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number has been assigned, the odds are locked and cannot be amended by either party.
• 466bd reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, including bets placed on events that had already concluded at the time of placement, bets resulting from a technical fault, and bets placed using odds that were manifestly incorrect.
• The use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with casino games or exploit any platform feature is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as using such tools will be suspended without warning and all winnings voided.

6. Responsible Gaming

466bd is committed to responsible gaming. The platform recognises that for a small number of players, gaming activity may become difficult to manage. The following responsible gaming provisions are built into the platform and available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from the account settings section. Once a limit has been set, it cannot be increased with immediate effect — any upward revision takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may enable session time notifications from the account settings. These reminders prompt the player to review their activity at intervals they define.
• Self-exclusion: Players may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the account settings. A temporary self-exclusion locks the account for a minimum period of 30 days. A permanent self-exclusion closes the account indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 466bd. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering or any attempt to use 466bd to facilitate, conceal or process the proceeds of any illegal activity. 466bd complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of a third party without their explicit consent, or operating an account as a proxy for another player.
• Attempting to interfere with, hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure, game systems, RNG processes, or payment processing systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, match-fixing in sports betting, or coordinated exploitation of a promotional offer.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information to 466bd at any stage, including during registration, identity verification, payment processing or customer support interactions.

466bd's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding. Players who dispute a decision may contact [email protected] with supporting evidence. 466bd will review disputes in good faith but its final determination stands.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 466bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and all other assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of 466bd or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence or interest in any such intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display or otherwise exploit any part of the 466bd platform or its content without 466bd's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 466bd's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 466bd's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• 466bd is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of the basis of the claim.
• 466bd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network failures and force majeure events may affect platform availability. 466bd will endeavour to notify players of scheduled downtime in advance where practicable.
• 466bd's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim or series of claims arising from the same event shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

466bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or provision of false information during registration or verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, bonus abuse or any other activity that may harm the integrity of the platform or other players.
• At the player's own request, including via the self-exclusion mechanism described in Section 6. Where an account is closed at the player's request, any remaining real-money wallet balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within 5 to 15 business days.

11. Amendments to These Terms

466bd may amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 466bd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to players via a notice on the platform. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or additions of new game categories) may be made without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Your continued use of 466bd after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform, subject to the account closure provisions in Section 10.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of 466bd shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 466bd complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 466bd, the player should first contact [email protected] with a full written description of the dispute and any supporting evidence. 466bd will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a reasoned written response within 14 days. If a player considers that the response does not adequately resolve the matter, the player may escalate the complaint in writing to [email protected] marked for senior review.
